  • Do you sell to the public?

    We partner with businesses across Australia and, in the first instance, will do our best to direct consumers to a local stockist. This is not always possible. At these times we will discuss options with you.

  • When will I get my order?

    We use third party couriers and delivery times can vary. , but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For wholesale customers, delivery times can be discussed based on your location and requirements.

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery in the Metropolitan areas of Melbourne is free. Delivery charges apply on shipments to outer-suburbs, regional and interstate locations. We will provide precise costs before finalising your order.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    We do not have a showroom and do not have stock on hand of many lines. If interested in seeing product that has sparked an interest for your business, please contact us to discuss options.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards and invoicing for wholesale customers. COD may also be an option for deliveries to some areas.

  • What is your delivery area?

    We offer nationwide delivery for both retail and wholesale orders. Please check before order needs to be shipped to a residential address.

  • I have placed an order - What now?

    Once payment has cleared and goodies are here we waste no time getting your order packed and ready for despatch.

  • Do you have an online catalogue?

    Please follow SHOP/STORE inks on our website to access our online catalogue. To access Wholesale pricing please LOGIN or contact us to request access.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

    Deliveries can only be sent to a street address. We cannot deliver to postal address. Unless arranged prior, someone must be at delivery address to accept goods.

  • My goods are damaged or missing?
